Great taste and no comparison to what the local grocery stores offer. Very lean. Hold together well when grilling. A tip - grill them FROZEN! Too bad they don't sell them with real hamburger buns. Man, I love America, but your bread/buns are really bad.

These are "ground beef," meaning from any part of the cow; the ones I tried had a liver flavor, I disliked both the flavor and texture.

I have wanted to try Omaha Steaks since they sent ne an advertisement for a trial sampler box for $50.00. But never did. I do like the Omaha Steaks products. And they are still in the chilled condition when they arrive by UPS. They make a nice treat. Kinda like Gevalia coffees seemed like a sunday treat to me.

Great taste and no little chunks of hard gritty fat in it like you get at the locker or the grocer. Very lean. Holds together well when grilling.
